Had Wade bring my car into the shop to have it looked it. Within a hour I had a phone call with the issues. They sent video, and pictures of what the issues were. It was very nice to know I was getting services done that needed to be done and was needed. The communication app was very handy to have. I would recommend them to anyone. I will definitely be back for all future needs. Bryan the service advisor was a gem. Not pushy and explained in detail.

Best place to buy a vehicle. Eric was great to work with on getting a new vehicle for me. I was in a bad situation and needed something fast. He did just that for me. I also had minor issues that needed to be fixed in my vehicle and they fixed it right away. Thanks Eric for all your help. And I will be coming back for another vehicle when needed.

I was very happy with the way I was treated over at all city auto today when I went in to look at something different to drive and I come out with a 2013 Dodge Ram. So if anybody is looking to buy a new vehicle stop by all city auto in west fargo , across from odessa auto auction

It was freezing cold and my heater motor went out so I didn’t have any heat in my car. I called and they were able to get me in and get a new motor installed very fast! Highly recommend this business!!

They stayed open late so that I could get there. While I was test driving a car, that I really liked, a check engine light came on. All City was honest about what was happening and even pulled the car off the market. They could have sold it to me, and I most likely wouldn't have caught the mistake until it was too late. Honesty can be rare and is worth a lot. I appreciate their honesty and recommend them for future people looking for vehicles.

Amazing experience! They had multiple vehicles I was deciding between. I even had the one I decided on checked by an outside mechanic, I paid for a full inspection and they said the car was in excellent shape. The whole staff was amazing and they have turned it into a great place. They could probably still remember my name if i walked in there today, they were very personable. I went in three times to look at the cars and drive them and not once did the staff get pushy! I also got a great trade in value for the vehicle I had previously. Great value, great staff, great experience. Would recommend!

I had been looking for a vehicle with specific features for about a month. I was so tired of dealing with the typical car salesmen, pushing to sell me something I didn't want. When I found a vehicle I was interested in at All City Auto, I spoke to Mark about it. He was never pushy... he let me take my time in making my decision. It was a breath of fresh air. I decided to buy the vehicle... he gave me a fair deal on my trade in and he reassured me over and over that if I had any issues, not to hesitate to call him. A week after I purchased the vehicle, I had a small mechanical issue with it. I called Mark and he had me bring it in to be serviced right away and gave me a different vehicle to drive in the meantime. He was SO nice. The other guys in the office, Blair and Konstantin, were very friendly as well. When I decide to upgrade my vehicle in the future, All City will be the first place I turn.
